Google AdSense Publishers Told to Update Privacy Policies on Their Blogs and Websites
Google launched a new behavioral advertising program (which Google calls "interest-based ads") this month, which tracks people's behaviors online in order to serve relevant ads to them through Google AdSense. As such, Google sent an email to AdSense publishers today stating that they must update the privacy policies on their sites where these ads will automatically be displayed to tell people that their behaviors are being tracked.
That means, if you show Google AdSense ads on your blog, you need to create or update your blog's privacy policy so you don't get in trouble when these ads begin to display, or you have to change your Google AdSense account settings to opt-out of showing behavior-based ads on your blog. Read the official announcement on the Google AdSense blog where you can get more details.
And you can follow the link for more information about Google's behavioral-ads from an article on the BBC website
